Purchase Orders for Schools

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOOLS PLACING PURCHASE ORDERS:

CLICK HERE to download and print an order form you can use to select products and calculate product, shipping and handling costs.  You can include this form with your purchase order, but it is not required.

We only ship and fill purchase orders AFTER we receive your organization's signed, confirming purchase order.   If you have any questions, please call us on 336-608-4224.

Sending Purchase orders: We accept purchase orders from schools sent via mail, fax, or email.  Please include your contact information (name, address, email address and telephone number.

Fax number: 336-608-4224 (same as our telephone number - our phone system sends voice calls to our phone and faxes to our fax machine)

Sales Tax: (NC only) We collect sales tax from schools in North Carolina (as per state law).  North Carolina schools can use their normal purchasing - sales tax reimbursement procedures after purchasing our products.  Please let us know if your organization has tax-exempt status.

W9 Form: We can send a W-9 form to your staff upon request.

Shipping: We routinely ship via US Postal Service and UPS.  If you need special shipping or overnight delivery, please call us on 336 608 4224 to inquire about availability.
