Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
You may return retail items purchased at our online store that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price -- or to exchange products for other products we offer at the same price. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Customers will pay shipping costs to return or exchange items. Returns should be packaged so they will not be damaged in shipment.
If a Coulter Video product has a technical fault, we will gladly replace the product if notified within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us to arrange for a replacement. We will pay shipping costs to return and replace a defective product.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER: Please contact Coulter Video immediately via phone (336-608-4224) or email info(at)coultervideo.com. If possible, Coulter Video will stop the order fulfillment process and refund the product's purchase price by mailing a bank check to the customer. If Coulter Video has already processed and shipped the order, Coulter Video will make arrangements with the customer for the return of the products shipped. After the receipt of the items in the order, Coulter Video will mail a bank check to the customer to refund the purchase price of the product. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping to return items associated with an order they wish to cancel after it has been shipped to them.
