This DVD contains two programs:
FOR JOB SEEKERS: Employees with Asperger Syndrome and their supervisors, co-workers and job coaches reveal their secrets to getting and keeping a job. The program covers job coaching, personal assessments, choosing careers based on interests and strengths, applying, interviewing, disclosure, supports, accommodations, interacting with bosses and coworkers, and modifying behaviors.
FOR POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS: The interviewees in the job seeker video describe the benefits of hiring employees with Asperger Syndrome and the accommodations that make them as productive -- or more productive -- than their coworkers.
